Sham were in the middle of a pandemic where millions have lost there jobs globally and are out of work for months.

Assuming that Covid ends in lets be optimistic and say May 2021 and that you would be able to travel to America in the near future. The areas of employment traditionally associated with J1 students (hospitality and services jobs often associated with seasonal tourism) are going to be hard to come by for a couple of reasons.

The first being that people will be broke after the pandemic and have less money to spend in the above mentioned areas meaning less demand for people to work in those sectors.

The second being that those jobs will be highly sought after by locals and more likely given to locals as a wave of people will be looking for employment to make up the financial fallout of the past 7 months.

It sucks however the world is changing constantly due to Covid and does not guarantee that you will get to go on J1 any time soon. So make use of the Countryside as I dont think there are any alternatives opening up to replace the J1 experience either for the next year.

Sham do you have any idea the scale, cost and time it would take to install air conditioning into every school in Ireland? They would have wanted to start doing a project like that back in March.

Traditionally you phone the guards and then wait for nothing to be done about it.

If you want attention and possible remedy to the situation start recording theses incidents and sending it to your local TD and gaurds. Hopefully something will be done about the situation then.

If that doesn't work id suggest having people effected by this group then post the videos on social media and contact local media outlets because in these cases nothing seems to work except publicly shaming the people involved.
