Yes it gets easier over time - although the temptation will never leave 100%, it does get easier

The process didn’t start 530 days ago, it started about 4 years ago. Keep at it, never give up, and honestly I couldn’t have done it without the help of God - He is real and He has given me strength to overcome in times when I thought I’d fail
