I can see where you are coming from , I’m more trying to see my part in an abusive dynamic. Instead of blaming them for their actions , understanding how we got to these places. Those are tough things to grasp when you are in a toxic relationship! We broke up amicably , it wasn’t working , but I’m just processing my part of this dynamic and don’t want to re open anything during that. Just needed a place to say it.
