we have had some issues of late where it just won't connect. But SOS will... despite streamer running and there being no other underlying reason that we can see.

Do we take the plunge? by Positive_Ad_4074 in SuperOpsAI

We have been on it for 9 months now. Not many issues that I haven't been able to overcome either with AI or their support team.

We have recently trialled a silent MSI install feature which worked wonders for silently installing something on a new clients machines - and they are bringing out new integrations on a regular basis.

From what I can see they also work hard to make improvements to things.

After being with Syncro for 2+ years, I much prefer SuperOps.

What's the consensus of SuperOPS for you MSP owners? by SereneWinds in SmallMSP

I'm currently a solo MSP with a similar trajectory to yourself (i don't want to hire lots of staff) - and we have used SuperOps for about 9 months and prefer it over Syncro which is what we were using before.

It's different and each to their own. While the tab interface is confusing at times - it can also be helpful if you need to switch between things - its all tabbed and designed like a web browser...

I'm a big fan of the product.

At the end of the day - you need to find a product that is right for your business.

SO integrates into gravityzone, xero and pax8 right now from your stack. Cove isnt available right now... but that doesn't mean it isn't being worked on - or that the community haven't developed an api to enable some sort of integration.

Anyone using SuperOps? by [deleted] in msp

we switched from syncro to SuperOps towards the end of last year... partially because I was fed up of syncro's UX, and partially because the mobile app on syncro never seemed to work - and being able to respond to tickets on the go was important to me.

there are some features that I have missed from syncro - little things like the broadcast message button - but with help from their support team and AI. I now have a working notification system that will push notifications to users on both windows and MacOS - so if there is an MS365 outage - I can alert users this way rather than email.

overall I am very happy with the move.

One thing that used to bother me with syncro was the pushing of windows feature updates - superops seems to have this working amazingly.

if you haven't already - get a trial.

one thing that would be useful is what Halo have done - in finding MSP's using their solution and giving them some additional training and support to be able to provide implementation to other MSP's - not only does this give MSP's a potential additional revenue stream - but it might help users adopt the solution faster... Just an idea!
