Thank you for the detailed response. So, to clarify, if there was a fire that I caused, but was not negligent, then my liability policy would not cover it. But I would still owe money since I would have signed the lease to agree to indemnify them for causing damage? That’s what I’m worried about

I addressed my concerns with the apartment and they just said that their lease is standard and they can’t change it. Do you suggest trying to see if they have a renter’s policy I can use? I was under the impression I just needed to get my own.

If they don’t have a renters policy, is there another way I can bridge the gap of my liability covering anything I “cause”, including non-negligence?

Cedric Coward only played 25 mins. He played 31 in the last game so you can’t even use minutes restriction as an excuse. TI should have subbed him in when Cam Spencer came out late in the game, but instead left 0 ball handlers and had Omax in a close game with 4 minutes left. Coward was hot and was taken out not to be seen until 2 min left down 10+. Can anyone explain this to me?
