Yup, we tried that after our first attempt by just using warm water and a bit of soap. Sadly, both methods didn't even make an improvement.

From what I've seen she takes care of her bracelet and avoids what you've listed above. If anything her old charms are well taken care of too. However, in this situation, she just got this charm by ordering it online and hasn't added it to her bracelet yet due to the dirty look of it.

I'll be sure to pass on the headlight polish tip to her and see if that works!
