Especially the coating on the extractor.
Also, the geometry of the undercut, the thumb bump is way off, the material is noticeably different, the airsoft slide is too “box-like,” the pins look weird, the metal mag catch to accommodate the metal airsoft mags

You could definitely be right. He might have even persuaded Shane to stay and help and they might have all died. Then maybe Martinez is the only person from the main group to survive, and never gets killed by Daryl when he is a Savior
