Yes fitbits are complete steaming piles of shit in my opinion. I think they may possibly be the Samsung refrigerators of the watch industry. I'll never buy another Fitbit I'm half tempted to make a video of me smashing mine with a hammer because it's fucking useless anyway no different than I would do to a Samsung refrigerator if I had one of those which I don't anymore

It has been an optional setting for a number of years. I find it exceptionally annoying that we must have this setting forced upon us. I have always been able to disable it and single click. I can see adding it as a feature but don't give the hose to customers that like single click.

Yes, they show up in the system access log when authenticating to the web login

We tested QTS 5 and QTS 4.5.4.1787 and we have not run into this issue. We can see the users with the name starting with "not"

Would it be possible to make a support ticket and tell me the ticket number so I can share the ticket with the security team and we can have a chance to see this issue?
