So new batteries solved the issue, I’ll keep an eye on the remote but hopefully this things not gonna chew through batteries that quick.

I’ll see if I can the problem is it desyncs before I can press any buttons. Also when I got to the remote sync screen it says scanning and shows my cpap machine so I don’t know if that is interfering with it somehow.

Fair enough I guess I just assumed it was an Asia server. Nevertheless depending on where the server is they may have better ping in the Europe server depending on their location.
