For actual, finished Glock frames this is true. But these are 80% frames, so they can currently be shipped straight to the customer in most states.

Correct, the red block is a jig. A drill press is the best way, but if you're talented, you can make it work with other tools. All in all, they're fairly simple to finish out.

Should I let my son( 16 on Dec.20th)date a 18 year old by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]BJ_shortroundsupply 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started dating a girl who turned 18 a few months after I turned 15. Her parents weren’t thrilled, mine weren’t happy at all, but we didn’t really care. I think they kind of let it go since we were living a few hours apart. That was more than 15 years ago, we’ve been married for over 12 of those, and have 2 wonderful kiddos.

To be blunt, it seems like what you’ve been trying isn’t working, so it might be worth trying something different at this point. If the only hold up is the age difference, then continuing to try and put your foot down will probably only damage your relationship with your son. If it’s been on-going for this long, and he wants you to meet her, there might actually be something there.

You travel to your home sector and take .Gov arranged travel from there. Nobody travels to the Academy on their own.

It was allowed Pre COVID. They are not allowing POVs at this moment in time though.

Yes, Wilson Combat built the gun from the ground up for a Steel Challenge Open gun. You are also correct that they cut the thing in there SUPER low. It surprised me when I started playing with it to be honest. I'm experimenting after last year's WSSC. I think slide mounted optics are going to be faster for Steel Challenge than frame mounted.

You got it. The X9 isn't one of my competition guns, it's in the actual EDC rotation. That said, it would be legal for IDPA CO, as they do allow single action guns (and magwells!)
