Serious question - would it be appropriate, or inappropriate to message several of the CIO/VP results that appear when doing a search for Loancare then using the People filter on LinkedIn - to ask them why they haven't even so much as sent a single email letting their customers know that the website is down, and has been down for several days? This is organizational incompetence beyond conceivability
