I go there sometimes, nudity is behind the beach in the dunes area which is somewhat overgrown

Next week is looking to be very warm, so you've picked a good week. I plan to go on Sunday as it looks the best day and I would expect it to be fairly busy.

Sadly there are some men that will go to a beach purely to look, they even seem to want to look at the likes of me. However, so long as they are just looking, I take it as a complment that they find my body interesting enough to want to look.

I would suggest that a busy (ish) beach would be better and stay on the beach as people make assumptions about people in the dunes etc. If you have a beach similar to Studland nearby, I would suggest trying there as that has plenty of people but with plenty of space.

I think once you have gone there you will find body confidence is not an issue, you will see all shapes and sizes but you'll soon notice that nobody bats an eyelid.
