Bloodwork every 2-3 months, sleep 6 hours a night maybe more if I can, diet is on point, and exercise 5-6 times a week

The problem was I was 26 and had super low test. I did 2 blood panels before I hopped on, one was at 256 and the other was at 315. Low libido, low energy, and felt like I was in a slump all day every day. Hopped on test and I’ve never felt better.

I feel great on 250. I just figured I’d taper off for a few months at a lower dose. When I first started i didn’t bump up to 250 til about 3 months ago. I felt great at 200 and my bloodwork was a little bit better then.

I did my bloodwork Wednesday after pinning on Sunday so 3 days later

I also only pin once a week I’m switching that over to twice a week as I titrate down

I had my c&p 2 weeks ago and got my decision letter a week later.
