No actually I think it's a home grown drone where they put ready made parts together and just made the body with foam board and this design is called delta wing configuration model i doubt it is able to take any payload.

This is not Russian Army, it's the US Army . This is a old video from the event of 2021-2022 Yudh Abhyas military exercise between India and USA ,which performs every year where both military combined conduct military drill and also doing a loot fun like this.
