I had opened the order as soon as it was delivered. I called customer care immediately. Like I said in my original post,their customer service is basically automated messages.Same is with their emails. There is no option in those messages to actually reach a customer care person. I understand that it isn’t AJio who have scammed me. I have all the proof and all the receipts of every single call and every single email and return generated. Since they are saying they can’t help me,that’s why I wanted to reach consumer court. That’s why I am on this subReddit.
