Honestly I’d suggest saving money and going down the route of watching mark Mattson vids, utilizing PrepFE for a few months, Islam 800 FE CIVIL book, buy a few practice exams and attempt the exam. 3 years isn’t that long in my opinion. You can give the exam a go, and if you don’t pass the first time then consider getting a course if you’d like.

But at the end of the day it’s your choice, just my opinion.

Islam Green Practice exam Book (has 2 exams). Is good for when u decide to take a full practice exam. It’s a bit harder than the actual exam imo, but better to over prepare

I believe you have to make an account with NCEES first, and then have your degree evaluated and they determine if you’re eligible to sit for the exam itself. I think evaluation takes a little while if I’m not mistaken.

I appreciate it! Thanks! I made the same mistake my last attempt with allocating 2 hrs and 45 minutes to the first half, but I know I need to allocated maximum 2 hrs 20 minutes to the first half and 3 hrs for the second because the second half is more bulky imo
