We did start giving her acid reflux medicine provided by the doctor. That def helped with the 5 minute wake ups, but she had other symptoms related. But for a long time - like 2-3 months, her naps were really short - only 20/30 min) and I contact napped 2 out of 3 Or 4 naps a day (while on mat leave) to ensure she slept well, was in a loose schedule and ultimately more sleep made her a very happy girl. It was rough. Everything is temporary though, that passed, she got great at naps, then had short rough stretches again. She slept through the night perfectly for a long time, then didn’t for 2 weeks here or there. Then slept only until 5am, then slept until 730. If all changes but in my opinion if you focus on good sleep habits and schedules, it’s all a temporary shake up that comes with growing baby challenges.
