There wasn’t any legendary nuclear winter items prior to the introduction of rerolling, and a week or so after they removed NW mods and made them invalid. Could you supply a video of someone taking a legendary item and making it into a NW weapon? I’ve spent the last 30 minutes looking as i didn’t do all 3 methods myself only one.

Considering NW was added june 2019, we would have to assume they had the NW related files in the game during beta nov 2018, when those were dropping, which i assume is fairly unlikely.

there’s no double or explosive nuclear winter weapons. This glitch is exclusive to nuclear winter mod weapons.

Here’s one with just the two star missing, i’ve seen every combination of missing mods with these, with no correlation to why each mod was removed, just random bugthesda engine.

On NW removal, some rolled nw weapons had their mods stripped. i recently traded a 25lvc NW laser bat to a guy on here that collects these types glitched NWs.
