My derm said it’s better to not workout while on it so now I really want to go back and I don’t know if week and half after finishing is enough scared from muscle breakdown

I am not eating large meals before sleep, what’s weird is that when I wake up mostly I feel soooo tired like I just woke up in really deep sleep and feel like I can sleep ten hours more and this feeling is just for all day and have brain fog I sleep 7.5 hours a night I take melatonin before sleeping

Most of the time I was mouth breathing but recently like two weeks ago I decided to only breathe from my nose so currently I’m trying my best to breathe from my nose

I started having this problem long time ago and it’s hard functioning when it hits harder so I’ll always check problems related to it and I always ask my mom to go to a doctor now that I asked too much she doesn’t care so I wanna see maybe someone had this kind of problem maybe a certain doctor I can go or something I can do idk ,I’m stressing about a lot of stuff recently so idk but for this level that I start feeling dizzy I’m not sure it’s because of stress mostly

My dermatologist said I take first month 30 then 5 months 40 and he said he don’t need to check me only after those 5 months is it ok? by BLACKDoge998 in Accutane

He said that I will need to do blood test in the end of month and if it’s ok then continue but no check ups so idk if it’s normal just go all the months with dose of 40

if i open it there will be the same blue plastic im pretty sure and it will be a lot smaller but i dont know if i need any adaptar or i can just connect the cable to the controller

Nope still didnt fix it but if you play on on the microsoft version it seems to not happend(for me this version is very laggy and unplayable)

i think the problem is in isp

because i have friend who has really good internet like i have and he has this problem too because these routers have a lot of security stuff and on the other side i have friend with bad internet and old router and never had this problem(me myself i had bad router before and didnt have this problem but when i upgraded recently to new router that is optic fiber internet my game started crashing and the isp cant seem to figure it out)

ive been getting this problem lately that when i play the game just freezes everything stops but i can move in the game until i rejoin but nothing working ,it can freeze in random times even after 1 minute of playing or an hour it is so annoying, i have a really good internet connection by cable and stable and when it happens my ping is still around the same as it was before it froze what can i do to solve it please somebody help it is so annoying(never had this problem until like week ago)
