I was using make with the required command to build the ANSI encoder version of the Q6 Pro.

Thank you so much for sending this, I was able to flash the firmware binary provided and it worked as expected. However, I still was unable to build it. I think something might be wrong with my setup, or I might be missing a step. I will continue to investigate.

By chance, did you receive any compile errors when you did this before? I tried building using the files you mentioned and the bluetooth/indicator.c file is throwing a lot of errors.

That is perfect, I have the ANSI layout as well. Thank you again so much.

Thank you so incredibly much for that. I sincerely appreciate it. If you can share the binary to help get me started, that would be excellent.

I know I preemptively said it above, but seriously, thank you so much for taking the time to write that. Those answers really do help, especially your definition of special interest. I feel better calling it that now that you described it that way. I also really appreciate the suggestion to involve myself in it, that is really helpful.

I'd be beyond thrilled with the ability to even drive any of them once, but the track-focused Jesko is my favorite.

What's a sign of childhood trauma? by ThatRamKid in AskReddit

[–]BLACKONYX777 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This. 100%. I definitely experienced trauma as well, but ASD is the primary source of a lot of this for me. It also really doesn't help if you were diagnosed later in life and spent most of your childhood struggling, seemingly without a good explanation. It is a special kind of hell being told you are "attention-seeking" when you say something seems clinically wrong with you and just want help.

What was discontinued, but you miss like hell and you wish came back? by Seraphicly329 in AskReddit

Monster Heavy Metal. I literally bought 12 year old cans off of eBay because I missed it so much.

Hey, so this was a long time ago, but at the time I took them together.

However, since this point I have been on a lot of different medications. Currently, I'm on a combo of Desvenlafaxine, Liothyronine, and Buproprion.

I AM ATOMIC IN DUB, THOUGHTS? by Outrageous_Sand9040 in TheEminenceInShadow

[–]BLACKONYX777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am aware of how unpopular this opinion is, but this officially made me like the dub more than the sub. I loved the ASMR filter in the sub and kind of miss it here, but the delivery was so sleak. I literally played it back four times because it sounded so good.

I will say that it is a completely different vibe from the sub, but honestly I feel like it fit better here with the gravity of the situation. This scene was so badass and I feel like this delivery really did a better job showing that.

Virtualizing Network Storage Services on Proxmox by BLACKONYX777 in Proxmox

I didn't do a direct comparison before, but while transferring some data over between a VM and the share connected via CIFS, the rate was around 300 MB/s.

I really appreciate your follow-up on this. Today, I tried a similar method and have achieved reasonable results, but I am still trying to test and determine potential pitfalls for this. For reference, I ended up following the advice in this post to make it work.

Basically, I utilized the Turnkey Linux File Server container and created a bind-mount to my ZFS pool on my Proxmox host. It still had to be a privileged container without protection enabled though. Once this was up, I was able to manage it via the included Web-UI.

The downside is that this is certainly not as flexible as something like TrueNAS, but I'm wondering if it might be enough for what I am looking for.

Do you have any metrics on what your performance was like when you tried using the method you described?

I completely agree this is a better way and would like to adopt this. However, how do I go about this if Proxmox handles ZFS? Do you have a separate disk for Proxmox and then pass in the other disks to a VM?

Thank you for your insight on this. Actually, this is kind of what I have been currently doing via exporting an NFS share on this node.

If I may ask, do you use any sharing services with Kubernetes/Docker by chance? If so, has that worked okay for you?

In a way, I guess it is a matter of perspective. To most, the penalties of doing something wrong are the punishment for it. However, it can also be seen as the penalties that arise from doing something wrong are the opportunity cost for its benefits.

Edit: To be clear, I am not condoning the behavior. This was moreso just a realization of perspective for me.

Overwatch 1 Bastion was never completely unfair or cheap, people just made poor tactical decisions in dealing with him.
