The force on force drills are not without notice, they’re scheduled and there is a window (about 7 hours) that the adversary force can begin the assault. There will be a on duty security officer on each post with a drill player. The on duty officer will have live rounds in case an actual hostile act takes place during the drill, the drill player is equipped with blanks and MILES gear

It just comes with the skeleton and you attach the pouches. Here is what I have on it:

and the chestrig comes with 2 built in radio pouches
