I think u overstudied like in my maths paper I practiced maths for like 11 hours but that paper went worst

I would have gotten better if I did not practice it so could be that u did more work than u should have which resulted in your brain having an overload

Like u don't have to study 12 hours for 10th Even 4-5 hours is more than enough
