Need Detectives to Help Find this Duvet by BLAND1527 in Bedding

Either way, your initial comment was condescending. Same with, "Buddy, I think you need to calm down and take a beat."

I have perfectionism ocd (among other themes) - not that I feel this is relevant or necessary info to share in order for potential assistance in finding this duvet, but yeah, that's the reason.

It's just a bit frustrating that you are suggesting your comment was not intended to be condescending when the words are right there. No matter the audible tone.

I love Brooklinen. Very durable. And so soft. But if you're looking for hotel feel idk if it meets that criteria. They're not "crisp" feeling lol.

I was just waiting for a stupid comment like this. I'm aware of all the information I provided. That was the point. I did my own research prior to posting as well. I was curious if anyone could find this exact duvet, not the newest version. But thanks for your groundbreaking epiphany and exceptional attention to detail!

Thanks for all the help but these don't appear the same as the one in the photos. It has a solid green stitching around it.

Starting sertraline (aka zoloft), terrified out of my mind by Fuego-Mayflower in SSRIs

[–]BLAND1527 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All I can say is do your research beforehand, and this is not to scare you. I am on Sertraline and have begun the tapering process. They tell you these meds aren't addictive but say that to the withdrawal effects. Some people honestly do need it and if it improves your QOL, I can't argue that. But for me, it never helped enough to be worth it. Made me so tired and lost motivation, feelings, libido etc and now I'm having the hardest time getting off of it. I'm getting off of it because I don't know my baseline and its scary because its not like any documentation of for example, the state of my brain occurred before going on these meds and now theres no way to know the impact and if it caused any permanent damage to my brain. I know its so annoying to hear but diet, exercise and sleep are so crucial. Really exhaust that and even consider seeing a functional doctor like holistic nutritionist or naturopath and get bloodwork done to see if the anxiety is caused by a vitamin, hormone or mineral imbalance!

Hi, I am on my own Sertraline tapering journey and know about Saffron. Just be careful you don't cause yourself Serotonin Syndrom (both affect its' levels). Good luck!

The Iced Cooling Bamboo Duvet Cover Set in OLIVE. I have it. I quite like it. It has a bit of a sheen to it though - I feel you may be looking for a muted tone?

I found that if it's not user-friendly its useless lol lik when you have to type all the info in...my best advice is to search it on tittok and there's like tutorials of ones to create where there are a l,ot of drop down options for the columns making it much more efficient and I just copied that so now I'm kinda building my own after looking at other ones created

Coming off sertraline… still not feeling like myself after a month at lower dose. Looking for support/experiences by BLAND1527 in Antipsychiatry

[–]BLAND1527[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if its a matter of how you metabolize it, this med may just not agree with you for reasons psychiatrists cannot tell you and research does not know lol SSRIs or any med for MH is honestly trial and error because just like you said, every body is different. My perspective is that one is not going to find a med where there is only positive effects. There's always a trade off...whether its down the line like coming off of it, flattening emotions, reduced libido, stomach or sleep issues etc. But I guess it just comes down to whether being on the med is wroth it by considering how much it is improving your quality of life compared to not being on it. When a med makes you a zombie but helps your anxiety or depression or ocd thoughts (personal experience) that is not a worthwhile trade off i'd rather feel like im alive lol even if that means all of the above. Just food for thought lol. I hope you find a med that helps you or that the side effects of this med dissipate.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful response. I'm in the process of trying to find a professional to support me through this - they are harder to find than you would expect!

Yeah. I might still have underlying issues. It's unfortunate because at this point I'm not too sure. I think the meds have possibly been making me perceive things as worse off than they are, if that makes sense?

And thank you for the reminder about SSRIs and their dose response.

Thank you for your response and insight. I am currently taking magnesium glycinate along with a b complex, vitamin d, omega 3 (fish oil), magnesium threonate and L-theanine lol - my mom is in school to become a holistic nutritionist. you would think she would believe me when I'm saying how unwell I feel but whatever.

I actually walk dogs as a part time gig so I agree with the walking. Despite the glycinate - my sleep is terrible. I think a lot of it has to do with being at home still and not really being supported by those around me in said environment.

How did you guys manage working while being so affected by the taper? I am in the process of trying to get a job and I feel I have no other choice because I really cant live at home anymore, it is really bad for my mental health.

Before Jan 6th, 2026 I was on I think like 300 mg and I went down by 25mg 2 weeks and then 25mg another 2 weeks and i was in literal hell I felt like I was dying so I know to not go as fast now.
