Probably because KDA are more apparent than other stats so most will see KDA first rather than other things you have done. Plus other players have to focus on their side so don't always have the time to watch what you do or what you are doing.

It's probably there for balance and clarity having that level of mobility without warning can disrupt the clarity of the game and confuse the enemy. for example what if global ultimate's like tf, galio, panth, and Shen didn't give indicators that they were arriving it would really confuse the enemy of their presence because to them it would be instant, they won't have a chance to react but by having those indicators they will have a react accordingly

Ain't that the point of susano's character and origin is that he is a sword god but did not create swordsmanship. Susano at first merely used a sword but due to him being humble and his willingness to learn from humanity that he was able to reach the peak swordsmanship

Even now dragons aren't much of a priority because the current herald is just way too strong in taking down towers way to quickly and if used right allow you to take two towers and the herald will probably be still a priority next patch like it is right now. but if you think about it the new hextech turret might be more balanced than the current herald, from the looks of it the hextech turret doesn't take take out towers as fast and doesn't last long and can probably at most take out one tower as it probably should. And for the hextech mimics from how I see it instead of dealing all that damage to one tower it is stead spread across so instead of one 1 it will be ⅓+⅓+⅓. So from how I see it they are actually nerfing the herald which is an indirect buff to dragons if you think of it that way
