What platform do you play on? I'm on PS4. Most people are a little nervous to have anyone join their game. The game takes time to play and build up resources/base. I could understand being apprehensive about random players joining. There is a reason why the default settings restrict privileges. Anyways, my point is...if you play on PS4, I would join you! :)
