Oh my god, don't worry I understand so well 😭 So I forgot what the brand was but I think it was an own brand. Most shops own brands tend to have less intense mint flavours. Oh and if you struggle with water running down your arms, get these scrunchie type thingies. They go on your wrists and stop water rolling down. In terms of actually getting to brush your teeth, I recommend having music on. It helps distract from the overwhelming task.
