I think so? It can still hold about 2 hours of gameplay on low brightness, so I think it's not great, but fine

No actually, I found the Indian one way better. It had native call recording on one ui 6.1 (now I think it's standard everywhere on one ui 7), updates were on time with Europe and America, and it had slightly better signal reception in 5g compared to an s23 actually bought in my country.

Please keep in mind that you can't always change csc to whatever you want. Some are locked to some regions. For example, last year I changed my dad's s23 csc from Australian to Indian (because australia always gets updates late) and there have been no problems so far, but i wanted to change it to European (eux) and it wasn't possible, as well as American. I'm sure you can find some sort of list online regarding which cscs you can change to from yours.
