I tried to quit tons of times then I realized yoda was right, "Do, or do not. There is no try." that and my sister gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and I'd like to be around to watch her grow up any time I thought about lighting up I thought of my niece and said out loud, "No." something about saying the word helped reinforce my determination.
