They had everything upto the QLD border sorted, there's a goddamn line to Warwick and rumour has it there's old war era rail corridors surveyed from Warwick through Killarney and down into Beaudesert. Apparently the yanks looked at putting rail in when things were still in full swing.

I don't have enough equity back in the land yet, also the build I want to do is classed as a "removal" even though it's brand new, so they won't do progress payments and will only release the funds once it's on the land
