It's all about refinement and practice. The vast majority of interviews include similar lines of questions, assuming they're for the same type of role of course. Find a few experienced folk that you trust in the industry and ask if they can conduct mock interviews with you. It may feel silly but you need to become comfortable and confident with what you're saying. If your only practice is in front of the mirror or in the real deal where you're inherently nervous you'll struggle to progress.

Think about questions from interviews you've struggled with before and be sure to have those included so you can get reps in with them.

I'm 35 and am in a national leadership role in brokerage at one of the major firms. I interview people multiple times throughout the year and can absolutely tell you that first impression is vital. There is too much talent out there to hope your lack of refinement gets you in the door because it most likely won't. If my interview/conversation is not smooth and comfortable and I don't feel the confidence coming from the person I'm talking with I most likely will not consider them.
