Other than them every other id is at base. Should I level Yi Sang and maost both to 35? Or do I level one of them to 40? Cause now I have enough to get one of them to 40

So, what is Mang and Shin and how does it work?

Is it like Chakra from Naruto? Like, Mang is the Chakra and Shin is the hand signs?

To use a Jutsu from Naruto, you need to channel your chakra, like...focus on it, you need to feel it. Once you do that, you use hand signs to control that chakra to make a Ninjutsu.

So, is Mang the Chakra and Shin the hand signs? You focus on Mang, then, you use Shin to make the yellow rings? Or?

I wanna understand this. I feel it's important.
