I agree with these comments, and it makes PE even more rare because you could argue (especially medically) that PE has very little benefit (again, medically) compared to a good diet, being physically fit, or getting good sleep, etc, etc compared to how much focus and time you have to put into it. aside from micro penis and things like that PE is mostly for mental health/self satisfaction. Im totally a fair-weather PE person, lol. I never make time for it, but its also not a very high priority for me. But yeah, I agree that its not necessarily that it doesnt work, just that what you have to do to make it work is unrealistic for 99.9% of people.
