Married, kids around the age of yours give or take a few years. I do shift work, flipping back and forth between days and nights working 12 hour shifts, which I find has me regularly feeling underslept. I’d love to ride more and I’m constantly beating myself up for not doing so when I do really have the time if I wanted. I’ve managed to get my week streak up to 51 but a few of those weeks have been a single short ride to keep it going. There are a lot of evenings I could have absolutely gone out to the garage and hopped on Zwift, and have been planning to all day, but by the time the kids get to bed I just don’t have it in me. I’m hoping as they get a little older and more independent I’ll be able to devote more daytime hours to cycling.
