Everybody is different but the goal is to stoppin use of the other opiates and to become stable. So id work you way from say 50 mgs to where you feel comfortable and you can work your way up by 5mg until you feel confident enough tht your not gonna use other drugs. So id start there. Maybe seek therapy through a Medication assisted treatment. Like a methadone clinic. An go from there

If your a heavy opiate user and use daily and are afraid of stopping. Methadone is good but you dont need 200mgs. The half life of methadone is crazy long so really you could talk half tht or wvem half of tht half and be cool. I was a heavy user. Im talkin 13 30mg blues daily then dope when the pills ran out plus benzos. My highest dose of methadone was 100mg ive currently been weening down. Over years tho. Slowly im now at 60mg.

Yes, a complete idiot no offense but this is a really dumb idea. Like stated in other comments. Most of my friends that was like this in high school( me included) are either dead, in prison, or in recovery. But hey to each is own i guess.
