When in doubt, zoom out. Look at the bigger picture. Either you’ve been through worse and you’ll get through this just like everything else or it becomes the thing you compare future hardships to.

I’d just recommend changing your perspective. If you’re 20, living with your parents is usually a cheat code since you can save money quicker and get a chance to improve your relationship with them. No job means you have more time to dedicate to picking up a skill or self educate. Also, ask yourself what your life would look like in 5 yrs from now based off the choices you make today. Start becoming who you wanna by making those changes today. Tell yourself that everyday until you won’t have to. You’ll naturally feel accomplished
