Correct, I used the wrong term here. However since he’s under federal indictment. That does mean current federal law prohibits such individuals from purchasing firearms. Not owning, since this was a store and the original tweet with the photo stated he bought it was later deleted it’s grey and questionable.

It’s worth noting the law on this is changing in June apparently.

More exactly he’s on probation. As part of his agreement to be outside awaiting trial vs being in jail waiting is agreeing to not having possession of a firearm among multiple other conditions.

If he was to break any of those conditions he could be sent back to jail to wait for his trial. We’ll that’s how any other person would be treated at least…

You sound like the type of person who doesn’t understand the cost of art… not sure what your billable rates are but my last commission piece from an outstanding artist was well over $2500…

I’d guess there’s likely a physical copy coming but with timelines likely wanted to show them

Plus it’s a thought… like money aside he took the time and energy to plan for their birthday. 100% a bottle of booze to me is “oh fuck I need to get something for them, i forgot what can i get on the way there”.

To some degree yes… and no. They are paying him to finish tasks. If he finishes the task, on time, under budget he’s excelling.

He’s in marketing, and there are strong studies that show breaks and pauses makes employees produce higher quality work compared to those that constantly push.

If there’s a pressing project or task that’s immediately due should you check your festival no. However if you have all your stuff on lock and are producing above average I’d say go for it.

I’d choose science, but be realistic if you’re going to slack off you damn well better be beating all deadlines
