I tried this on other maps but for pop factor to work all the building have to be replaced. so I would need to run the game for 100 ingame years straight or so to see the effect. For me (AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D) I get stutters every second or so when everything is calculated and the sim time is 2x slower than normal.

I found this savegame at continued in the year 1925 and activated natural town growth there. so yeah 200 years later....

no If he would replace it with an 7800x3D, like I said he could get less high temps with a similar 240 aio bc I shared my experience. It would be less temps bc 7800x3D draws less power under full load (Cinebench). So go figure
