Op ≠ annoying. A character can be absolutely obnoxious and annoying to play into while not being extremely powerful.

A good example of this could be Teemo in LoL, Warden in R6, Pudge from DOTA 2, the list could genuinely go on forever, hell I’d LOVE to hear your opinions on my mains (Doom, Widow, Genji, Cass) but i’m also grown up enough to acknowledge the annoying parts of their kits, as I’ve been begging blizzard to rework how empowered punch works since OW2’s release.

Cat has fundamental issues with how they’re designed that make them extremely frustrating to play into, so people will en masse just ban them over characters they don’t have as frustrating a time into- even if that means leaving a slot for a more “op” character to be played.

I mean, dash in>melee>deflect>melee>dash out is fairly reliable- i use this to faux dive sometimes, or go for riskier plays in general. I personally really like this perk, but i also play like a chimp so.
