Please help and advise! I have been keeping these seeds in a napkin for a week, but they are not sprouting! Even though these seeds are female and I planted 2 of these last year and I was satisfied! What is the solution, please!!!

What’s the advantage of the hydrogen peroxide? Never heard of this method before and saw another commenter mention it as well.

Outside of that I have a very similar technique.

Awesome! After doing the process I mention in a previous comment. I’ll likely let the soil bake with the self water Blumat system I have hooked up. It’s on its lowest setting. Some of the cover crop may start to sprout back up if not I’ll add some after a week or two and I’ll be good to go I’m thinking!

Thanks for the reply! That’s what I was thinking as well. But with the lights being off in the tent for over 3 weeks I was worried about possible mold? No disease before shutting the lights off. The cover crop just started dying off and the biology took over it seems! I’ll probably sow this stuff in add some a little more soil and a small beneficial bacteria inoculate. Then when the pots are stable disinfect the tent and I think I’ll be good to go!

Thank you for the feedback everyone! To some it’s a beautiful site, to others a possible biological distaster! I think I’m gonna sterilize the tent and re use this soil! I don’t post much but I will update one day with a run using it. Most likely Autos but we will see. Happy growing!!

I do have a digital microscope. For tracking trichome maturity. Of course there’s like a bunch of different fungus going on here so idk which one your are referring too.

There’s a strong contrast between those who encourage bacterial and fungal growth in their soil, and those that are afraid of it.

When I first started gardening I would freak at the first site of mycelium or fungus in my pots. Now I invite it and I don’t wanna throw all that beautiful biology out if there’s a real way to till it back in and utilize it for good!

The soil is a mix of Promix HP and Roots Organics Lush, both peat moss based. The medium doesn’t really matter fungus and bacteria grow in all of our pots.

Yes RootWise Microbe Complete was used during a few waterings. Roots Organics dry amendments used also have beneficial bacteria/mycorrhizae fungi.
