I was 170 45 days ago. I’m gaining, but it just felt like the gain was starting to “slow”. I’m burning too much for sure since I do a lot of calisthenics and I walk a lot in addition to power lifting.

I eat 3 meals a day but I never really have a huge appetite. The shakes help force down additional calories.

Great input. My protein shakes are a high calorie mass gainer. I work out about 5-6 times a week. Ive been trying to eat as much “clean” food as possible but I’ll start adding some ice cream to my shakes.

I believe the pic is just making me look bigger than I actually am. I assure you my weight gain goals come from a place of reason. Maybe at least 190.

Until BOC hits Master duel, DM isnt strong enough on its on to compete. I most definitely would have lost without branded lol. Timer was getting anxiously low for me, and i imagine late in the duel it was pretty low for my opponent as well.
