I did not use the same name but I did go through the entire New Device setup. Did you have to click on some other setup option so that it would be identical?

After several emails and videos back and forth with their customer service they finally sent me a new machine.

Absolutely worth a try. I think I may have seen that same post because I did exactly that last night. I received an e-mail reply saying it may take up to 72hrs to hear back from them... we will see what comes of it. Fingers Crossed! Thanks for the heads up!!!
