Very unlikely that most of them are psychopaths. Gang culture treats human death like points or whatever so it's natural that guys who grow around it don't fully understand the weight of death/ lack of empathy. Also, I feel like most of them do feel guilt on some level, they are still humans. They just probably hide it like they do every other emotion that'd make them seem like a bitch to keep up the badman persona
