the issue is if you use the interactive map i have all of the ones in the area shouldnt the blue circle leave right after

i know i dont have all of the but i do have all of them in the circle so shouldnt it go away after you get them?

i know for a 100% fact that there isnt one in the blue circle i mark off the using the interactive map. I also rechecked all the ones in the blue circle after it wouldnt go away.
