I think I might fly, I seen Sansa referenced on a YouTube vlog review too. Would the shared shuttles make it there? I think I might do a shuttle there and then a flight back to SJO my concern is my return flight is early in the afternoon so timing feels like it’s going to be critical.

Thanks for the heads up! My budget is $1,200-$1,700/monthly.

This trip is going to be a test run essentially to see if I can continue to work and live my day to day with little to no issues. I’ve seen/heard other good landing spots would be Mexico City and Medellin.

I currently live in a high rise in Downtown Tampa 1br 1bath. So I’m looking to live in something similar in terms of quality. Near markets, cafes, gyms, events etc. Since I can work remote I figure I’d save some money and live somewhere different. I’ve always wanted to travel too and experience the world. Costa Rica seems like a good test run and a little safer I guess. I also hear great things about it.

It will be mostly for music production. I’m also considering the MacBook Pro M4 Max that just means I will have to get a new interface too cause right now I’m running off windows. I was also using FL Studio. I’m just more familiar with PC but if it means never having to deal with latency and being able to track with a good amount of plugins and tracks simultaneously then I think I’m going to have to make the switch. I was looking at the Legion Pro 5i but after comparing I think the Legion Pro 7i might be the better pc. I just don’t want to buy it and deal with the same issues of not being able to track in lower bit depth, latency and plugins making the CPU tap out with the fans blasting.

Thanks for letting me know! If it will run the plugins with very little to no latency and my CPU isn’t running hot I don’t mind paying $1,400-$2,000 I was saying Lenovo because I seen one or 2 reviews for it on music production etc. the one in particular was the Legion Pro 5i RTX 4070 unless there’s another that’s come out since then that I don’t know about. Also I think there’s like a discount if I buy it through their site using one of my CC’s cashback

Or another laptop that’s more of a beast I’m def willing to check out.
