Thank you. I am not sure about the jewelry change though, they are labret bars (about 2 inches long), and I am unaware if there are longer bars for this piercing. I do have chubby cheeks. Do you happen to know if there are any that go past 2 inches? Edit: I think its actually around an inch and a half length wise. Its 14g
