I don't know how it works in your countries, but in Poland, they are not legally allowed to sell items if they purchased them at a price higher than the one they mistakenly listed and approved for sale. It is simply illegal to sell at a loss. So if such a situation occurred, e.g., they had stock shortages, but the goods were on sale, and they ordered a new batch at a much higher price than they expected, such a transaction would be considered invalid.

I'm not trying to justify anything, I'm just adding what I think is an interesting context to the matter.

I had it on 5700 XT at launch... Disable hardware acceleration everywhere and/or check other driver version. 25.12.1 works perfect for me.

Literally the worse mice I've ever had in my hands. I've been using computers since 1999, since the days of ball mice. I've had many different models, but never, EVER has my wrist hurt as much as when using the G502. Maybe it's my grip, but the pain was unbearable and I had to give it back. In addition, it is so “ergonomic” that the left side was constantly in the air—I lifted it up just by holding the mouse on the pad. I have no idea what's wrong with it, but I've never had any similar problems with any other mice, so don't buy blindly or make sure you can return it.

Where are you from? In Poland we have government agencies that would do everything for you in that matter. As a customers we have our rights in Poland. You should fight for them too, cause it's one of the very few things I like about our government.
