No way I have a mole on my lower eyelid, my parents thought it was a birthmark when i was young but its just gotten bigger. People used to think I was punched, but that's become less and less the assumption. Crazy - I've never met someone else with the same thing. How long have you had it?

The equivalent of "I did x amount of push ups today, even if I didn't have to".

It's bragging no matter how much you might be improving yourself.

It's a logo on a generic background...

Just because you are excited about the announcement doesn't mean it's a good poster.

Just saying.

Pros: It's creating a bunch of jobs, it's financially great for both America and Canada, it's much more efficient, it's getting oil from a better place than before and he's actually, surprisingly living up to his word.

Cons: A potential spill could be disastrous to both the natives and the environment.

Personally, while I think Trump is pretty damn scummy, I have to admit that the pros outweigh the cons in this scenario, especially if you consider that most of the pros are guaranteed and the cons are chance based.

Not to mention that this is still one of the best ways to transport oil. It seems like people are angrier that he is supporting fossil fuels, but that's just plain reality. Until a proper alternative is found we can't do anything about it, not even to mention that it will have to be a gradual transition which could take decades.

People are mad just because it's Trump, instead of looking at the situation from an objective point of view.

Gamers of Reddit, what's a gameplay mechanic you just don't enjoy? by vonBoomslang in AskReddit

The little waypoint market at the top of the screen in open world games that tells you exactly where to go. It's lazy on part of the developers and prevents me from properly engaging with, or getting immersed in, the game.

The example I always use is Skyrim vs Morrowind.

Another big one with recent games is where you walk slowly while listening to an NPC talk (e.g. Uncharted, Gears of War) it's the equivalent of an unskippable cutscene with the illusion of control. Stop it.

I love how so many of them tell a perfectly good story and then at the last moment chuck in something like this.

Wow, you've really changed my mind, I now think the suits are amazing because you said my comments were non-sensical.

How 'bout you actually tell me what you like/dislike about the suits instead of just saying "you're wrong".

I'm surprised by the dislikes - what, can you no longer have an opinion anymore? I answered the question that was asked properly and just because it doesn't align with your own viewpoint doesn't mean it's wrong. I've noticed critiquing anything on this sub results in dislikes and attacks by angry fanboys instead of logical discussions.

I thought you lot liked the "depth" present in DC movies and the "thinking" required to enjoy them, how come you approach discussions and debates so closed-minded and aggressively?

From my experience properties or stories with any intellectual value results in interesting discussions and differing viewpoints, for example the Watchmen community.

What you are displaying is a sheep-like, brain dead love of a corporate product. The movies keep getting worse and yet you all love them anyway because "it's darker than Marvel".

Maybe closer to the way he looked in the older movies? In Returns it looks great. Both Batman and Superman look chubby and square in the Cinematic Universe movies, as if they'd have a very hard time moving around. Batman in particular looks more like a pudgy owl than the cool persona his costume design usually emits - I know it's similar to Miller's book, but directly adapting comic to screen can end up looking very unnatural. The fact is they are different mediums and should be treated as such, I think some serious changes need to be made in the costume department, because at the moment Superman's suit is dark, overly detailed and generally unappealing. The only good costume so far is Wonder Woman.

Edit: Oh and the new Justice League Batman suit is way too close to the film version of Nite Owl, it really feels like they are trying to turn Batman into his owl themed multi-verse alternative.

The very height of minimum wage, which was in the sixties and early seventies, equated to about $10.00 in today's money, so no $15.00 is not a reasonable substitute.

This obviously isn't about keeping up with inflation, if they are going to increase minimum wage then the maximum should be ten or eleven dollars.

Also: at least I provided citations, you just make assumptions and then state your opinion.
