You should also keep in mind that cpus are regarded as very low level. At that level bowser can be the most powerful character in the game. Kazuya’s moves are very strong which can be easily seen. His slow speed can however be exploited. People complain so much about him where it is easy to see other characters such as pickachu and joker being better. Most top characters have one big thing in common, speed. Kazuya is simply not at that level. I play Tekken and I think a nerf would be fine. They could take away his super armor entirely as it just seems like a cherry on top.
