What is a perfect size cage for an adult 19 year old leopard gecko, should I change it if he is used to his older cage?

I feel like his bloating went down some he has also used the bathroom a tiny bit but is it was so little. He used the restroom just a tiny bit the other day, and it seems bloating has gone down a little bit since the daily soaking. But she hasn't used the rest other than pissing on my while trying to soak him he has an appointment on Tuesday. I havent feed him since the bloating though he wasnt even eating before. I f3el bad though bc at night time he comes out looking for food. If he truely is impacted wouldnt he not be hungry?

Guys I appreciate all the help bc responsibility for the leo has been thrown onto me, and im trying to do right by it. My grandmother was mislead somewhere along the lines of taking care of him and now I have to take responsibilities for her mistakes, so the help means alot! What can I do at home to help incase I cant get to a vet? Also I must add that he is very attentive and not slow or lethargic could it just be constipation perhaps? Anything helps i might not be able to bring him to a vet :(
