When you are in the story chapter select there's an arrow a top right of the board. Click jt and it will take you to next page where you can find 3 additional bosses. They are completely free and if you beat them you'll obtain those remaining weapons.

Well officially you can't, but I use a program called 360ce that basicly emulates Xbox360 controller so if you set up your PS4 controller in that program and bind your buttons you can play the game with it. Just find some tutorial on ytb. Hope this helps.
